Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
